Hey folks! I know we've all have felt cooped up inside for the past few days.

It's a good time to take this opportunity at home to do something for yourself and your family. What do you like to do? I love to bake! Since it's so hard to find bread right now in stores I thought I 'd share my easy baked bread recipe.

PS - If you find the photo of the bread while looking through our website; send me a screenshot of the webpage via Instagram or Messenger along with your address and I'll send you a surprise in the mail! Be well!

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups unbleached, all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. instant or rapid rise yeast
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl mix together flour, salt, and yeast. Add water and mix until
shaggy mixture forms. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside over night (or 12-18 hours).

Heat oven to 450 degrees. When oven reaches 450 degrees, place a cast iron pot with lid in the oven and heat pan for 30 minutes.

While pot is heating, pour dough into heavily floured surface and shape into a ball.
Cover with plastic wrap and let sit.

Carefully remove pot from oven and place dough inside. Cover with lid and bake for
30 minutes. Remove lid and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Remove bread from oven and place on cooling rack. Enjoy!
